DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

When Coordinating Wedding ceremonies and receptions, knowing our clients’ personality, style, and budget are key! We want to ensure that we are working closely with our clients to deliver an experience that authentically represents them. Your vision for your Wedding Day is important to us and we live for the moment when it all comes together.We love when our couples are satisfied and can relax and enjoy their family and friends (maybe even a cocktail or cupcake) all while allowing our team to work our magic.

This Package Includes:

  • Five In-person (or Phone/Zoom) meetings.
  • The final meeting will be a walkthrough of your Venue 4-6 weeks prior to your event.
  • These meetings can consist of tastings, planning meetings, or vendor meetings.
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Timeline Creation Mood board and Floor Plan design as needed
  • Budget Review and ensuring final payments are made
  • Vendor Recommendations
  • Access to our planning software which includes a payment portal, checklists, timeline, etc.
  • Communication with venue, vendors, and bridal party pertaining to Wedding Day details
  • Facilitate a 1-Hour Rehearsal prior to your event
  • Day of Coordinator and one assistant on your wedding day to do the following:
    • Greet Vendors and assist with load-in as needed
    • Ceremony set-up and assisting the Couple and Bridal Party
    • Emergency Wedding Day Kit
    • Cocktail Hour
    • Formal Photos
    • Bridal Party introductions
    • Dinner
    • Special Dances/Formalities
    • Cake Cutting
    • Exit
    • Assist with Breakdown at the duration of the event

Micro-Weddings and elopements

Small but mighty and meaningful is what micro-weddings and elopements are all about! Keeping things intimate can allow more flexibility in budget, design, and allow for more tiny details to set the tone for your special day! Whether wanting to keep your guest count small or if it’s just the two of you, this Package can guide you in the right direction to planning an event that encompasses all of the things big or “micro.”

  • Researching and securing the perfect venue or destination for your BIG DAY
  • Digital Save the Date or Invitations for your guests

LUXE Event Management:

Planning an event that is over the top and filled with personality is definitely something we do well! Luxe events can be intimate yet lavish. So where you are planning a Baby Shower for a Mom-to-be, an Anniversary Party, 30th Birthday Party, or a surprise Proposal, we are here to help you navigate the ins and outs. Ultimately, we will help to create an event to help you celebrate your special occasion in a grand way!

Social events range from social media influencer events, luxurious baby & bridal showers to even planned proposals & vow renewals. All these occasions require an attention to detail and logistics that we love to do. Allow us to step in and manage your vendors, communicating on your behalf, designing a floor plan or the perfect scheme, researching the perfect rental items and décor to help you create your dream event.
